Description

These Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are frozen, creamy, and loaded with antioxidants. A no-bake snack perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a healthy craving fix.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat blueberries in a small saucepan over medium heat until they burst and release juice (2–3 mins).

2. Mash slightly and cool.

3. Spoon yogurt into silicone molds or mini muffin liners.

4. Drop 1/2 tsp of blueberry mixture into each and swirl gently with a toothpick.

5. Freeze 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.

6. Remove from molds and store in airtight container in freezer.

Notes

Use coconut yogurt for dairy-free version.

Add chia seeds or granola for texture.

Top with lemon zest or mint for serving.
