Ingredients
8 cups popped popcorn
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Red food coloring (gel preferred)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or cream cheese chips)
Instructions
1. Spread popped popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and red coloring until smooth.
3. Pour mixture evenly over popcorn, tossing gently to coat.
4. Melt white chocolate and drizzle across popcorn.
5. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly.
6. Break into clusters and serve.
