Description
A simple bariatric seed recipe for weight loss using chia, flax, and pumpkin seeds, enjoyed as a daily ritual drink or tea.
Ingredients
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup ground flaxseed
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until they pop.
2. Cool and combine with chia, flaxseed, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Grind mixture to a fine powder.
4. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
5. For drink: Stir 1 Tbsp mix into 1 cup warm water with lemon.
6. For tea: Stir mix into hot water with ginger and lemon.
Notes
Start with 1 tsp daily to adjust to fiber.
Pair with hydration for best results.
Use fresh, raw seeds for maximum nutrients.
