Description

Soft and chewy Funfetti cake mix cookies made with just 3 ingredients. A quick, colorful, and festive treat perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

15.25 ounce box Funfetti cake mix

½ scant cup vegetable oil or 7 TB melted butter

2 large eggs

Optional: 1/4 cup Jimmies sprinkles


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.

2. Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until combined.

3. Stir in sprinkles if desired, chill dough 15 minutes.

4. Scoop onto baking sheet, roll in extra sprinkles.

5. Bake 8-10 minutes until set, not browned.

6. Cool on pan, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

Frost with cream cheese frosting for extra indulgence.

Freeze baked cookies up to 3 months; thaw 2 hours before serving.
